ATALANTA Project

Support Equality and Advancing Inclusion in Marine and Maritime sector

ATALANTA is an Erasmus+ KA220-ADU cooperation partnership that advances gender equality and inclusion across the blue economy. The project will co-create an inclusive curriculum, immersive VR/AR experiential training, and the “Woman Rise Package” of mentorship and networking to support women at all stages of maritime education and careers. ATALANTA is designed to build confidence, technical competence, leadership skills, and gender-sensitive practices across maritime training and workplaces.

Our Consortium

Coordinated by the Cyprus Marine and Maritime Institute (CMMI), ATALANTA brings together a complementary consortium of four partners from three EU countries: CMMI (Cyprus), INNOPIXEL Aps (Denmark), SEABILITY INNOVATIONS P.C. (Greece), VENLYS & SIA EE (Greece), and one affiliated entity: WISTA (Cyprus). This cross-border team combines expertise in maritime operations, training, human factors, digital innovation, and gender equality to design solutions that are both technologically advanced and socially responsive.
