The ATALANTA project is launching its Mentorship Programme, connecting experienced women professionals with aspiring talents to foster knowledge exchange, professional growth, and meaningful connections.
What we are looking for?
🔹 Mentors: Experienced women professionals eager to share their expertise, insights, and career guidance while empowering the next generation of maritime professionals.
🔹 Mentees: Women and men working in, studying, or aspiring to build a career in the maritime and Blue Economy sectors who are looking for professional guidance, inspiration, and support.
How does it work?
Participants will be matched based on their professional backgrounds, interests, and development needs. The programme includes at least three one-to-one mentoring sessions over approximately three months, held online or in person to ensure flexibility and accessibility.
